  • You can avail 15% discount on new mattress in replacement of your old mattress.
  • In case you do not have an old mattress, you can get a 10% discount on your new mattress.
  • You can replace your old single-sized mattress with a new single-size mattress and your old double-sized mattress with a new double-size mattress.
  • Dura Spring mattresses range is not included in the Replacement offer but still you can avail 10% off on them.

EXCHANGE:

In the rare case that you have received a wrong, (i.e. mattress model or size other than what you ordered), damaged or incomplete product, please inform the delivery team before they leave and we will correct the order. The mattress must be unused and returned to the delivery team at that same moment.

You can claim the warranty and process it as per theĀ warranty policy.

Durafoam warrants to the original purchaser that the Dura Foam products have been manufactured free of any kinds of defects in material or workmanship for a period of up to 12 years for Durafoam from the original date of purchase. A warranty card will come with your order.
